2. What is the SMTP server?
We advise using SMTP server provided by your internet provider. But if you wish to us our SMTP server, then you must use SMTP server with authorization, which username and password are your email address and password. Server parameters are: mail.
3. Why cant I get e-mails?
It is possible, that your e-mail address quota is full. To check it, you must log in into e-mail through webmail (it can be done from www.serveris.lv). If quota is full, you must ask web place administrator to increase the quota.
If the quota is not full, then contact our technical support.
4. How to change e-mail password?
E-mail password can be changed by web place administrator through administration panel.
